The plant, in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, is a 37,000 square-metre facility with freeze dry product and liquid vial-filling operations. With some employee workloads causing excessive overtime and work-life imbalances the intervention of Tecknic permitted a detailed analysis of the Job designs in their current form in two departments.
